For nearly 20 years, one of America’s best turtle breeders has been working diligently on this special project – finally, it has paid off. True Albino Snappers are hatching right before our camera. Holding them in your hand, it’s hard to believe that the whites, reds, yellows and oranges of an albino turtle are on a snapper – the normally black, knobby and gnarled shell is a creamy yellow/white, and the normally black and gray skin is pink and yellow – and of course the bright red eyes.
